BrightShine Co. (“BrightShine,” “we,” “us”) is a cleaning company based in Clearfield, Pennsylvania. By using our website, requesting a quote, booking a service or communicating with us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or our services.

These terms work together with our Service Policies (cancellations, refunds, pets, smoking, travel, payment and safety) and our Privacy Policy. If these terms conflict with the Service Policies about booking, payment, cancellation, refunds or service conditions, the Service Policies apply.

We provide residential, commercial, post-construction and short-term rental cleaning. Our home base is Clearfield, Pennsylvania, and we travel within about a two-hour radius. Travel beyond that may be available on request and may involve a travel fee.

We clean the areas and tasks that were quoted and agreed in advance. Tasks outside that scope need to be agreed, and paid for, before we complete them, as described in our Service Policies.

• The online quote tool gives an estimate based on the information you enter, such as the rooms, add-ons and approximate square footage. It is not a contract or a confirmed booking.
• Final pricing is confirmed before any cleaning begins. We may adjust a price if the information provided was incomplete or different from what we find, for example the size or condition of the space, or pets or smoking that were not disclosed.
• An appointment is confirmed only once we have confirmed the date and time with you and received payment as described in our Service Policies.

Payment is due in advance, through our PayPal business account, to secure your appointment. Cancellation, rescheduling, refund and travel terms are set out in our Service Policies, which form part of your agreement with us.

• Give us accurate information about your space and what you need.
• Make sure our team can safely get in at the scheduled time.
• Tell us in advance about pets, smoking, and any hazardous, unsafe or unusual conditions.
• Put away valuables, cash, medications and fragile or irreplaceable items before we arrive.

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• submit false, misleading or abusive information, or use our forms to send spam;
• use bots or automated tools to submit forms or collect content from the site;
• try to break into, disrupt or gain unauthorized access to our website, systems or internal staff portal; or
• copy or reuse our text, photos, logo or design without our written permission.

All content on this website, including our name, logo, text and images, belongs to BrightShine or is used with permission.

Program description

BrightShine Co. uses text messages (SMS) to send one-time login verification codes to authorized BrightShine team members, and service-related messages to customers who have given us their mobile number and asked us to text them, or who texted us first. For example: confirming or rescheduling an appointment, or replying to a question. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

Consent

By giving us your mobile number for these purposes, or by texting us first, you agree to receive these text messages from BrightShine at that number. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Team members who prefer not to receive texts can sign in using an emailed code instead.

Message frequency, costs and carriers

• Message frequency varies. A login code is sent when a team member signs in; service messages are sent only in connection with your request or appointment.
• Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed.

Opt out and help

• Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving text messages from us. You will receive one confirmation message, and then no more.

Privacy

We respect your privacy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.

If you send us a review or other content and ask us to publish it, you confirm it is truthful and that it is yours to share. You give BrightShine permission to display it on our website and marketing, and we may decline or remove content at our discretion. We will not publish anything that identifies you beyond what you have agreed to.

• We work hard to keep this website accurate and available, but it is provided “as is,” without promises that it will be error-free or always available.
• To the fullest extent the law allows, BrightShine is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or our services.
• To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to a cleaning service is limited to the amount you paid for that service.
• Nothing in these terms limits any right or liability that cannot be limited under the law.

Our website links to other services, such as our Facebook page and PayPal. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that we cannot resolve informally will be handled in the state or federal courts located in or serving Clearfield County, Pennsylvania.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Using our website or services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
