All quotes generated by this calculator are estimates only. Final pricing is confirmed during the initial walk-through before any cleaning begins. BrightShine Co. reserves the right to adjust pricing based on actual conditions found at the property.
We require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment without penalty. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the estimated service cost.
The client agrees to provide BrightShine Co. safe and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled appointment time. If our team is unable to access the property and no notice was given, this may be treated as a late cancellation.
Our estimates assume a reasonably maintained home. Properties with excessive clutter, hoarding conditions, biohazards, or pest infestations are outside the scope of our standard services and may be declined or require special pricing.
Clients must disclose the presence of pets or smoking in the home at the time of booking. Failure to disclose may result in additional charges applied upon arrival. BrightShine Co. reserves the right to decline service if conditions present a health or safety concern.
BrightShine Co. takes the utmost care in handling your belongings. In the event of accidental damage, clients must notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We are not responsible for damage to improperly secured, pre-existing fragile, or broken items. Our liability is limited to the cost of the cleaning service performed.
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of your clean, please notify us within 24 hours and we will return to address any missed areas at no additional charge. Refunds are not issued after service has been rendered.
Payment is due at the time of service unless a prior arrangement has been made. We accept cash, check, Venmo, and major credit cards. Returned checks are subject to a $35 fee.
