At BrightShineCo, the safety and well-being of our team members is our highest priority. To maintain a safe working environment, clients are required to disclose any known biohazards, hazardous materials, or unsafe conditions prior to the scheduled cleaning appointment.
Right to Refuse Service
BrightShineCo reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or immediately terminate services at any time if our team encounters conditions that are deemed unsafe, hazardous, unsanitary, or beyond the scope of standard cleaning services. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Human or animal bodily fluids (blood, urine, feces, vomit)
- Drug paraphernalia, needles, syringes, or illegal substances
- Hoarding conditions not previously disclosed
- Mold, sewage backups, or contaminated waste
- Deceased animals or animal infestations
- Sharps or other hazardous materials
- Any situation that poses a health or safety risk to our staff
No Refund Policy
If service is refused, suspended, or terminated due to undisclosed biohazards, hazardous conditions, or safety concerns discovered upon arrival or during the cleaning appointment, no refund will be issued for any deposits, prepayments, or services already performed.
Biohazard Remediation Charges
Any biohazard cleanup services approved by BrightShineCo will be billed separately from standard cleaning services. Biohazard remediation requires specialized procedures, equipment, disposal methods, and additional labor and therefore is not included in standard cleaning rates.
Additional charges will be assessed based on the severity, extent, and type of contamination present.
Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for fully disclosing any known biohazards, hazardous materials, drug paraphernalia, infestations, or unsafe conditions before scheduling service. Failure to disclose such conditions may result in immediate service termination, additional fees, and denial of future services.
By scheduling services with BrightShineCo, the client acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined in this policy.
